Membership
Great value if you’d like ultimate flexibility. Enjoy unlimited classes each month — attend any class, anytime, as often as you like.

As an alternative to  unlimited membership, there are also lighter options available for those who are committed to attending the same class (or two or three classes) each week — with no cancellations, changes, or refunds for missed classes. Find a Class that's Right for You . . .

​Mindful Mobility & Heavy Lifting
Build real-life strength through mindful, functional lifting in a supportive environment. This class focuses on progressing your deadlift safely and mindfully, helping you develop strength, muscle, bone density, and body awareness. Each session includes a mobility-based warm-up, focused deadlifting with technique guidance, a personalised strength circuit tailored to your goals, and a mobility-based cool down for integration. Start with once a week to build consistency and commitment, then increase to two or three times weekly as suits your practice.

Strength Training for Trampers
Build the strength and mobility needed for tramping in New Zealand’s outdoors while connecting with like-minded people for trip planning and inspiration. Each session blends joint-friendly mobility warm-ups, a primary lift such as a deadlift or back squat, a functional strength and mobility circuit, and a stretch and cool down. This is a supportive space for building resilience and community as you prepare for outdoor adventures.

Accessible Strength
An accessible class blending functional movement, balance, mobility and strength to support your daily life. This class is especially designed for those needing more time to connect with their bodies and gentle variations. It’s great for those who want to build up to heavy lifting but are feeling hesitant or self conscious. We’ll start with light weights and a focus on moving well and building confidence.

Restorative Yoga
A deeply relaxing practice designed to soothe your nervous system and support both emotional and physical restoration. The class combines gentle movement, restorative postures, and nervous system supportive tools to help you feel safe, calm, and supported. It’s an opportunity to pause, reset, and nourish your whole being.

Sustainable Yoga
A sustainable, mobility based approach to yoga that is designed to support joint health and long term movement capacity. You’ll explore functional movement that nourishes the parts of your body that often get neglected in modern life. Expect accessible, functional ranges of motion (no extreme stretching), thoughtful alignment and a focus on moving in ways that support longevity.

Before joining a class or healing session, we kindly ask you to complete a new client form. This helps Katy understand your needs and ensure a safe, supportive experience. Each form includes a simple waiver. Please take a few moments to fill it out before your first session.

Healing Group Sessions

​Our small-group healing sessions offer a safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself, explore inner guidance, and gently work with your nervous system, emotions, and energy. These sessions are designed to help you build resilience, find clarity, and support your wellbeing in community with others.

​Somatic Healing Group Sessions

 In these small group healing sessions, you’ll reconnect with your body and emotions using gentle somatic tools. The sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied processing in a small-group setting. You’ll learn practical ways to ease tension, build resilience, and gently process feelings, with guided practices and space for reflection. No prior experience is needed — just bring a willingness to explore in a safe, supportive space.

Intuitive Healing Group Sessions

These sessions will support you in developing your intuition, clarity, and self-trust through grounding and meditative practices. The sessions offer simple ways to centre, connect with your inner guidance, and clear mental and emotional clutter. You’ll build self-awareness and insight in a small, supportive group, with time for reflection and sharing. No prior experience is needed — just an openness to explore in a safe, nurturing space.

One-on-one support sessions

These one-on-one sessions offer space for deep healing, clarity, and connection. Whether you’re seeking support for nervous system balance, emotional processing, embodiment work, or intuitive guidance, each session is tailored to your unique needs. You’ll be gently guided with practical tools to help you feel more centred, resilient, and connected to yourself. No prior experience is required — simply bring yourself, just as you are.

✔ $90 per session (75 min)
✔ $100 for an initial 1.5-hour session (recommended if it’s your first time)

How our Pricing Works

We offer flexible ways for you to join our classes and sessions — so you can choose what fits your lifestyle. When you book through our Ubindi dashboard, you’ll be able to select the service you want and how you'd like to take part. You can:
✔ Drop in — Pay for a single session as you go. A simple option if you want to try something new or attend occasionally.
✔ Class Passes — Purchase a bundle of classes to use at your own pace. Ideal if you want flexibility without committing weekly.
✔ Memberships — Sign up for regular weekly practice. This offers the best value and helps you build consistency. You can switch between class types and times as it suits you.
✔ Block bookings — For our healing group sessions, you’ll join a set of sessions as a small, supportive group journey.
✔ One-on-One Sessions — Personalised support booked as individual appointments, when you need them.
