Whether you’re rebuilding after a life shift, navigating peri- or post-menopause, or simply seeking a more intuitive path to wellbeing, you’ll find practical tools and compassionate support here. This is movement that honours your whole self — physical, emotional, and energetic.

Through heavy lifting, functional movement, and small group fitness, I help you build a body that feels strong, capable, and trustworthy.

As we age, maintaining muscle and bone strength becomes increasingly important — but strength training is more than just physical. It’s about reclaiming your power, expanding your confidence, and moving through life with clarity and resilience.

This isn’t about changing how your body looks — it’s about celebrating what it can do.

With a trauma-informed, body-trusting approach, I weave strength training with intelligent yoga, functional movement, and mobility practices — supporting you to move well in everyday life, with strength that’s adaptable, sustainable, and kind to your body.​

Stillness

Stillness is just as vital. Through restorative yoga, somatic healing, and intuitive guidance, I support you in calming your nervous system, releasing tension, and cultivating a deep sense of safety within.

When your system feels safe, your body becomes a sanctuary.

These practices build nervous system resilience — the ability to stay with sensation, emotion, and energy. This is the foundation of embodiment: learning to remain in your body, rather than disconnect from it.

There’s no pressure to perform or fix anything here. All parts of you are welcome — exactly as you are.

Stillness invites you inward. It helps clarify your intuition and supports your spiritual path with grounded self-trust. Rather than bypassing the body, you’re invited to fully inhabit it — so your soul has a place to land.​
